A unique feature of our 15 months ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN COMPLETE 3D ANIMATION TECHNOLOGY (ADCAT) is FREE advance training in motion capture abroad. Motion Capture is an advanced way of animating complex character. The trip abroad is given free of cost to students. Cost of to and fro airfare, boarding and lodging are beared by the institute. At the end of the modular training a international certificate is awarded to the students.
Last year the students of DASA, Kolkata visited BDCC MEDIA CENTRE OF SRIPATUM UNIVERSITY OF BANGKOK. There they had training for 5 days for eight hours daily in the hi-tech state of art animation studio. Wearing motion capturing suit the students had a whale of a time. They enjoyed the training by posing in a variety of ways. The various motions were captured by 16 cameras in a 2 tier setup in a circular path. DASA Kolkata beared all the expensed beared starting from the airport till returning to Kolkata.
